Job Overview

We are seeking a self-driven Women's Division Sales Manager and Fitness Coach to join our vibrant health and wellness team. In this dual role, you will inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through personalized coaching while actively promoting our fitness programs and memberships. This is a manager level position with a base salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities. You will be treated like an owner and compensated as the business grows. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and leadership qualities will drive both client success and business growth. Women's Division Sales Manager and Fitness Coach

Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, plus commission opportunities and coaching pay.

Hours: 30-40 hours per week (mornings and some evenings and weekends)

What You'll Do

Create marketing programs for our growing women's classes
Create, engage and close incoming leads
Coaching workouts and building programming
Assist with operating our Athlete Training Zone.
Welcome members and assist at the front desk when needed.
Build relationships with prospective and current members.
Help generate memberships through sales and community outreach.
Create engaging marketing and social media content.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.
Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Previous coaching, fitness, sales, or customer service experience is an asset—but not required.
Personal training certification (or willingness to obtain one) is considered an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
