About the role:

Join Go Lime Inc. as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of our dynamic team. We provide everything necessary for you to thrive in your role, including well-equipped vehicles and the latest tools. At Go Lime Inc., we're growing rapidly and are on the lookout for individuals ready to grow with us. The ideal candidate should take pride in high-quality workmanship, demonstration in leadership on-site, and consistent delivery at customer service.

Here’s what you will focus on:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and service visits for existing Go Lime customers.
Inspect and maintain residential HVAC and gas equipment in accordance with company standards.
Identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and service details to homeowners.
Maintain accurate service records using company-provided technology.
Represent Go Lime professionally during all customer interactions.

Requirements

Valid G3 Gas Technician License (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident speaking with homeowners and explaining service offerings when necessary
Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes effectively
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
