Role Summary
We are seeking passionate and motivated Health Coaches to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours. The role will include both virtual and onsite coaching responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients towards achieving their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. This role requires a strong commitment to educating clients about healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, fitness strategies, and mental well-being, ensuring they feel empowered to make lasting changes. Additionally, depending on client programs and needs, this role may include leading onsite group activities, such as wellness workshops, guided movement sessions, or interactive health discussions.

Duties

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their health goals and challenges.
Develop customized wellness plans that include nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
Educate clients on various health topics, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and overall wellness.
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation to help them stay on track.
Facilitate group activities focused on health education and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress through our company system, ensuring alignment with company practices and policies while complying with privacy regulations.

Who You Are:

You are an enthusiastic, people-oriented professional with a strong background in health and wellness. You thrive in social settings, easily connect with diverse groups, and are committed to helping individuals improve their well-being. You are also:
✔ A self-starter who takes initiative
✔ Coachable and eager to learn
✔ Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital platforms for virtual coaching
✔ Knowledgeable in multiple wellness areas, such as nutrition, fitness, or life coaching

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Education & Experience:

A degree, diploma, or recognized certification in Health & Wellness, Nutrition, Kinesiology, Life Coaching, Recreation, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a health and wellness role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

✅ Additional Requirements:

Must have liability insurance upon starting.
Reliable transportation for in-person sessions.
Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse client needs.
