Overview
TidyWay is a residential cleaning company hiring experienced, reliable cleaners in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. We work on a flexible contractor model — you choose which jobs to accept and set your own schedule around your availability.

Most cleaners complete 1-2 jobs per day and earn $150–$300 on the days they work. Payments are sent weekly.

Responsibilities

Perform residential home cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas) following a standard cleaning checklist
Arrive on time and complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of residential or housekeeping cleaning experience — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
Must have reliable transportation (your own vehicle)
Must have a smartphone for job notifications and communication
Must be able to provide basic cleaning supplies
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Who This Role Is For

This is a flexible contractor-based position, not an employee role. It's a strong fit if you're an experienced cleaner looking for steady, well-paying work without a rigid 9-to-5.

Location

Jobs are located in London, Ontario and nearby areas, typically within a 20–30 minute radius.

You are currently living in London, Ontario or within commuting distance (approximately 30 minutes)
You are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
You do not require a work permit, sponsorship, or any immigration support — we are unable to provide this under any circumstances
You are fully authorized to work in Canada without any employer involvement
