Dairy Lane Systems started in 1990 as a Surge milking equipment dealer. Since that time, we have expanded our scope to include automated milking robots, stabling, manure management, plumbing and ventilation services. Most recently, we acquired 2 milking equipment dealerships in Western Canada. In addition to the milking equipment sales, service and installation business, we are also involved in the design, build and operation of renewable energy biogas plants (DLS Biogas), the construction of agricultural structures (DLS Structures) and the manufacturing of dairy farm equipment (DLS Manufacturing).

The successful candidate will work with customers, dealers and the DLS team to strategically ensure equipment/parts are monitored and required levels are met in addition to pulling and organizing parts for projects.
This is a full-time position Monday – Friday working as part of a self-motivated, energetic team. Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment at our facility. Job Duties
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming inventory and project shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting materials for accuracy and condition.
- Ensure inventory is accurately received into the ERP system and stored in the appropriate warehouse bin locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, inventory audits, and regular warehouse organization.
- Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock shortages.
Project Materials Coordination
- Receive, organize, and stage materials for upcoming projects to support efficient installation activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, installation teams, and inventory coordinators to ensure project materials are complete and delivered according to project schedules.
- Prepare project shipments and documentation to support accurate deliveries.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively with the National Inventory Manager, Biogas Service Manager, Project Managers, installation teams, purchasing, and shipping personnel to support day-to-day operations.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with new and existing suppliers to decrease cost while continually improving the quality of material

· Must be able to work unsupervised and take full ownership of the job
· Strong communication skills to clearly communicate with other team members as required
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs
· Extremely flexible and able to highly adapt to frequent change
· Strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a high-performing team
· MS office knowledge/experience
· Experience with ERP systems preferred, knowledge of SAP/NetSuite an asset
· Forklift experience required
· Must be legally entitled to work and live in Canada
· Valid G driver’s license with clean abstract – must have your own vehicle we are not on a bus route

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
