Notre entreprise, chef de file dans la fabrication, l'importation et la distribution de produits de rénovation résidentielle destinés aux marchés nord-américain et international, est à la recherche d'un Chef de produit / Acheteur passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique de marketing. Ce poste s'adresse à une personne orientée vers les résultats, organisée et avec un sens aigu du détail. Le candidat idéal devrait avoir de l'expérience en approvisionnement. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour interagir avec nos fournisseurs anglophones à l'international.

En tant que Chef de produit / Acheteur vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre stratégie produit et l’optimisation de notre offre pour répondre aux besoins croissants de notre clientèle. Vous serez au cœur de l’innovation, de la gestion de produits, et de l’alignement de nos actions marketing avec les tendances du marché. Ce rôle exploitera vos compétences stratégiques, analytiques et créatives, avec un fort accent sur la collaboration entre les différentes équipes de l'entreprise.

Missions principales :

Assurer la gestion des communications avec les fournisseurs
Mettre en œuvre des procédures de contrôle de qualité
Maintenir à jour les fiches de coûts et les spécifications produits
Réaliser des analyses concurrentielles
Définir la stratégie de tarification des produits en fonction des objectifs de rentabilité et du marché
Développer des outils marketing pour soutenir l’équipe de vente
Assurer le suivi de la performance produit (analyse des ventes et des campagnes marketing)
Gérer le cycle de vie des produits (stratégie de renouvellement, de mise à jour

Le candidat idéal possède :

Un diplôme universitaire (Baccalauréat) en administration des affaires ou en gestion
Une expérience pertinente de 2 ans dans un rôle similaire
Une orientation vers les résultats et une capacité à travailler sous pression
Un sens aigu du détail et une excellente organisation
Une maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Une maîtrise de l'anglais (indispensable pour interagir avec nos fournisseurs anglophones à l'international)
