PRINCIPLE MISSION:

To coordinate the activities of the Transborder department to ensure a fast, courteous and efficient customer experience while maintaining a competitive cost structure for both CEVA Logistics and our clients. Keep clients informed of the status of their shipment.

Responsibilities:

· Receive orders from clients and analyze their needs.

· Communicate with the different stakeholders in order to offer superior customer service.

· Suggest innovative solutions to clients.

· Communicate, in a timely manner, the relevant information and issues to the immediate supervisor.

· Open files for shipment and enter data in the operational system according to the ISO standards of the company.

· Organize the pick-up and delivery of freight with proof, according to booking.

· Reserve space and follow up with transporters to ensure merchandise is shipped on the planned date.

· Transmit a written notice to suppliers with the details of the shipment including rates.

· Update shipment files and inform clients and transporters.

· Invoice clients, ensuring that all charges for services rendered are included, and all costs are applied according to the agreements (if necessary, verify client’s credit with the Accounting Department)

· Comply with procedures established by Bolloré, and within deadlines (performance indicators).

· Establish notice periods and follow up on claims.

· Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.

· Complete all required trainings including, but not limited to the good distribution of pharmaceutical products.

· All other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Profile:

For all levels, a diploma in professional studies or the equivalent, and experience required in transport.

5 - 10 years in freight forwarding ground transport

Skills and Competencies Required:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; fluency in French and English, both written and oral; ability to communicate clearly; excellent interpersonal skills; team player; organizational and time management skills; detailed-oriented; sense of urgency; customer service.

DESCRIPTION DE POSTE

TITRE du POSTE: AGENT TRANSPORT ROUTIER

RÉGION: MONTRÉAL

Mission Principale:

Coordonner les activités de transport routier pour permettre un service à la clientèle rapide, courtois et efficace aux meilleurs coûts pour la société et les clients. Tenir les clients informés du statut de leurs envois.

Responsabilités:

· Recevoir les bons de commande des clients et analyser leurs besoins.

· Communiquer avec les différents intervenants afin d’offrir un service de haute qualité.

· Apporter des solutions innovantes aux clients.

· Transmettre sans tarder les informations pertinentes ou problématiques au superviseur immédiat.

· Ouvrir un dossier de transport et effectuer l’entrée de données dans le système opérationnel selon les normes ISO de la société.

· Organiser les ramassages et livraisons avec preuve selon les réservations.

· Effectuer les réservations d’espace et faire le suivi avec les transporteurs pour s’assurer que les envois sont expédiés à la date prévue.

· Transmettre aux fournisseurs un préavis écrit des particularités de l’expédition incluant les taux.

· Tenir à jour les filières d’envois et informer clients et transporteurs.

· Facturer les clients en s’assurant de bien vérifié que toutes les charges pour les services donnés soient incluses et que les coûts soient selon les ententes (si nécessaire vérifier le crédit avec le service de la comptabilité).

· Respecter les procédures établies selon les règles de CEVA et dans les délais prescrits (Indicateurs de Performance).

· Établir les mises en demeure et faire le suivi des réclamations.

· Émettre les non-conformités et plaintes clients en accord avec les procédures ISO.

· Compléter toutes formations requises incluant, mais pas limité aux bonnes pratiques de distribution des produits pharmaceutiques.

· Autres tâches définies par le superviseur immédiat.

Profil:

Pour tous les niveaux un AEC / DEP ou équivalent en scolarité et une expérience obligatoire en transport

5 à 10 ans d'experience dans le transport routier

Compétences et aptitudes requis :

Connaissance de base de l’environnement Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, et aptitude à communiquer clairement. Capacité à gérer le stress, l’urgence et souci du détail. Excellentes qualités interpersonnelles et de service à la clientèle, esprit d’équipe organisationnel et gestion du temps.
