On the job training from the ground up to the treetops through the Asplundh Canada Training Standard is completed with every employee. Requirements

Background or experience in forestry related or landscape-based work is essential.
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract is essential.
Standard First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, and Chainsaw Safety training would be an asset.
Able to work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
Own transportation to a common meeting area.
Willingness to work on travel and stay in Hotels most if not all work days
Comfortable with working out of a side-by-side on remote job sites
