Licensed Practical Nurse
HHS is recruiting several Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) meant to fulfill short term contracts to meet the needs within Nova Scotia Health Authority.
Within their scope of practice and in collaboration with patients and the NSHA health care team, the LPN is responsible to provide care for patients with defined health challenges and predictable outcomes. The RN retains accountability for the assignment and/or delegation of patient care activities to the LPN, but the LPN is accountable for individual actions or practices. The LPN complies with documentation processes at NSHA sites.
