Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Onsite Roofing Foreman to lead our field crew, manage daily job site operations, and ensure high-quality installations. This role oversees both residential and commercial projects, focusing heavily on flat roofing systems.Key Responsibilities

Supervise Crew: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 3 to 6 roofing installers daily.
Oversee Production: Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial flat roofing projects.
Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and correct use of fall protection equipment.
Control Quality: Inspect materials, monitor work in progress, and conduct final project walk-throughs.
Track Schedule: Coordinate daily tasks to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
Communicate Updates: Act as the primary point of contact for project managers and property owners.
Manage Materials: Track inventory, receive job site deliveries, and minimize material waste.
Handle Documentation: Complete daily logs, timecards, accident reports, and progress photos.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on roofing experience, specifically with flat roof systems.
Material Expertise: Proficiency with all flat roof materials, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen.
Leadership: At least 2–3 years of experience managing crews in a leadership role.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of commercial and residential low-slope systems and flashing details.
Safety Certification: OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certification is highly preferred.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
Language: Strong verbal communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a major asset).

Work Environment & Benefits

Setting: 100% onsite, outdoor construction environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience level.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime pay during peak construction seasons.
Perks: Company truck.
