Position Overview
The Guest Services Representative plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors at the shopping centre. As a front-line ambassador of the property, this position is responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, providing directions and information, and always ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, and passionate about creating positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
Provide accurate information regarding stores, services, promotions, and mall amenities.
Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Offer directions and support to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Assist with lost and found inquiries and maintain proper records.
Support mall events and promotions by providing information and assistance to guests.
Monitor guest areas and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest services desk or kiosk.
Coordinate with security, maintenance, and management teams as needed.
Handle gift card sales and basic transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling procedures.
Stay informed on current promotions, retailer updates, and centre events.
Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems is an asset.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
