Responsibilities include:

Onsite supervision of daily operations and assigned staff to ensure all work is executed safely, efficiently, with a high level of quality and within budgets.
Direct personnel and resources toward providing quality, efficient services to clients.
Equipment operation.
Manage job budgets to ensure that work is completed within time and material constraints.
Manage onsite production for our high-quality services. Execute production using best management practices while working efficiently and safely at all times;
Ensure all employees are provided with necessary training and safety requirements as well as the right tools, equipment and materials to complete tasks efficiently.
Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures including equipment care, safety programs and general productivity/behavior expectations.
Ensure all field communication is thorough, accurate and timely.

Position requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada with or without sponsorship.
3+ years field experience in landscape installation, renovation and/or maintenance with the ability to lead a team and ensure completion of all required job assignments within budget.
Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally, be able to bend, stoop and twist continuously. Must be able to safely use hand tools such as a shovel or rake for extended periods of time.
Ability to work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required).
Ability to work in extreme conditions (temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit) and work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
