What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a small team of amazing optical sales professionals
- Drive sales and exceed targets across eyewear and optical products
- Oversee daily clinic operations (scheduling, merchandising, workflow)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear solutions
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
What You Bring
- 3+ years optical experience (required)
- Retail sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
- Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask
- Weekend availability (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm)
- Optician License is an asset – fee reimbursement
