We’re looking for a Hair Stylist who is:
- a licensed hairstylist with 3+ years of experience
- skilled in creating personalized haircuts, colour, treatments, and styles that leave clients feeling confident and cared for.
- has strong client service skills—you care about how people feel when they leave your chair.
- eager to stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques.
- Someone with a warm personality who values communication, kindness, and professionalism.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- able to have meaningful conversations with clients to understand what they want and create a lasting positive impression.
- a team player that’s comfortable in a busy salon environment and able to stay organized and on task.
- Will bring good energy to the team and pitch in to keep the salon running smoothly.
- Has the flexibility to help out at the front desk when needed—booking appointments, handling payments, and welcoming guests.
- Has experience with recommending great products and upselling services to make the client experience even better.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Keeps their space and salon organized and professional in line with health and safety standards.
