招聘岗位：综合管理与信息合规专责（1名）

一、岗位需求

负责统筹公司办公信息系统、网络及终端设备的维护支持和数字化整合，保障各类系统安全、稳定运行；负责加强数据存储、网络安全、权限管理及跨境数据传输合规管理，确保符合加拿大属地法律法规及集团公司管理要求。

负责开展与政府部门、行业协会、社区组织及合作机构等外部单位的公共关系维护工作；持续跟踪加拿大外国影响透明度、投资审查、网络安全及数据保护等相关法律法规和政策变化，开展合规信息收集分析、风险识别预警及协调应对工作。

二、岗位职责

1. 协助部门主任开展综合管理、信息化建设及信息合规相关工作。

2. 负责公司办公信息系统、网络及终端设备的日常管理、维护及故障处理，保障公司数字化办公顺畅运行。

3. 负责公司数据存储、网络安全、用户权限及跨境数据传输合规管理，推动电子档案体系建设和数字化管理水平提升。

4. 负责合同及档案管理电子化流程的执行、维护及归档工作。

5. 负责落实并检查加拿大属地及集团公司有关信息安全、数据保护及网络安全的管理要求。

6. 协助开展重要会议的组织协调、会议管理及相关文字材料起草工作。

7. 负责开展与政府部门、行业协会、社区组织及合作机构等外部单位的公共关系维护工作。

8. 持续跟踪加拿大外国影响透明度、投资审查、网络安全及数据保护等相关法律法规和政策变化，开展合规信息收集分析、风险识别预警及协调应对工作。

9. 完成公司及部门交办的其他相关工作。

三、资格条件

1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机科学、网络工程、信息安全、软件工程、信息管理或其他相关专业。

2. 具有3年以上信息化管理、网络运维、信息安全、数据合规或相关工作经验。

3. 具备良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力，能够使用中英文开展工作沟通、材料撰写及政策信息分析。

4. 熟悉企业办公网络、信息系统、终端设备、数据管理及网络安全相关技术，具备基本的编程、脚本编写或办公自动化能力。

5. 熟悉加拿大企业合规、隐私保护、数据安全、跨境数据传输及网络安全相关法律法规和监管要求。

6. 具备较强的沟通协调、文字表达、信息分析及风险识别能力，工作认真负责，具有良好的保密意识和团队协作精神。

1. Position Summary

IT & Digital Infrastructure: Responsible for coordinating the maintenance, support, and digital integration of the company’s office information systems, networks, and terminal devices to ensure safe, secure, and stable operations.
Data & Cyber Compliance: Responsible for strengthening data storage, network security, access permissions, and cross-border data transfer compliance management, ensuring alignment with Canadian local laws and regulations as well as parent group management requirements.
External Affairs & Regulatory Monitoring: Responsible for maintaining public relations with external entities, including government agencies, industry associations, community organizations, and partner institutions. Continuously track changes in Canadian laws, regulations, and policies regarding foreign influence transparency, investment screening, cybersecurity, and data protection; conduct compliance information gathering, analysis, risk identification, early warning, and coordinated response.

2. Key Responsibilities

Assist the Department Director in carrying out general management, IT infrastructure development, and information compliance tasks.
Oversee the daily management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office information systems, networks, and terminal devices to ensure smooth digital office operations.
Manage data storage, network security, user access permissions, and cross-border data transfer compliance; promote the development of electronic archiving systems and enhance digital management standards.
Execute, maintain, and archive electronic workflows for contract and records management.
Implement and audit local Canadian and parent group management requirements regarding information security, data protection, and cybersecurity.
Assist in organizing and coordinating key meetings, managing conference logistics, and drafting relevant written materials.
Maintain positive public relations with government departments, industry associations, community organizations, partner institutions, and other external stakeholders.
Continuously monitor changes in Canadian legal and policy frameworks—specifically regarding foreign influence transparency, investment review, cybersecurity, and data protection; conduct compliance information collection, risk assessment, early warning, and coordinated response strategies.
Fulfill other tasks assigned by the company and the department leadership.

3. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, Software Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, network operations/maintenance, information security, data compliance, or related fields.
Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English; capable of conducting business communications, drafting official documents, and analyzing policy/regulatory documents in both languages.
Proficient in corporate office networks, information systems, terminal devices, data management, and cybersecurity technologies. Basic capability in programming, scripting, or office automation tool usage.
Familiar with Canadian corporate compliance, privacy protection, data security, cross-border data transfer, and cybersecurity laws and regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication, coordination, writing, analytical, and risk identification skills. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality and a collaborative team spirit.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
