About Our Client:

Our client is a leader in leadership advisory services.

Position Scope:

Working as part of an integrated team, the Leadership Solutions Manager provides support to the Leadership Advisory Practice (LAP) by supporting the growth of their largest accounts by building, strengthening, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves engaging with clients to solve any client issues to ensure high quality delivery and solutions and listening for client needs to see how they can continue to help them with additional or expanded leadership advisory solutions. Ultimately as a Leadership Solutions Manager you are key part of integrated LAP solutions and support from the sales conversations to the successful implementation and delivery of the solution being seen as a trusted engagement manager to their internal team and clients.

This fast-paced role provides the opportunity to have a tremendous impact on LAP sales and delivery processes, by using technology, innovating, and improving client and candidate experience. Committed to providing clients with a superior level of service, the position requires exceptional project and account management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), as well as an ability to operate independently and as part of a team. Success in this position is characterized by a continuous improvement mindset, attention to detail, proficiency in a variety of software applications, responsiveness, curiosity to learn and grow, and initiative despite ambiguity. The role requires knowledge and understanding of all LAP lines of business and a keen appreciation of how they may work together and be delivered in highly complex and integrated manners. Collaboration with diverse offerings, teams, partners, and clients forms the foundation of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure every client and candidate receive exceptional service
Manage all client facing material (i.e. creation of candidate reports, briefing documents, interview guides and proposals templates)
Assist in the publishing of client approved advertisements on the company website
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
Proactively manage multiple projects by consistently tracking information through Salesforce database and reporting tools using a high degree of analytical skills and attention to detail
Manage on-site client interviews (preparing printed materials, board room preparation, catering and other duties as required)
Coordinate reference/background checks with external vendors and compile final report for client
Support and track business development opportunities
Book travel for candidates, clients and supporting partners as needed
Prepare detailed expense reports for partners and candidates, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Client & Project Management Accountabilities (may include supporting any of the following complex projects): Provide overall client delivery oversight for more complex LAP offerings and integrated LAP offerings (solutions that involve more than one of the offerings listed below): Team Coaching and Development Projects, Succession & Development Projects, CEO & Board Solution Projects, Executive Development Programs
Demonstrates leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
Instills confidence with the client and serves as a primary public face of the firm by providing high-quality service delivery offering.
Effectively executes project forecasts and work schedules implemented by Partner/Principal.
Ensures client and project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and communicating routinely with both the client and internal partners.
Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives with the goal of owning the service delivery relationship.
Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication/reporting to client deliverables in order to maintain project milestones and key deliverables
Consistently delivers proactive communication with clients and when client issues arises addresses those issues or expeditiously escalates to the Partner/Principle.
Maintain active projects tracker spreadsheet for delivery work (e.g., search assessments, individual leadership assessments, individual executive coaching projects, and succession projects).
Works directly with clients to manage delivery schedules and organize offsites, team working sessions and meetings.
Works directly with Partners/Principals/Sr. Consultants/Consultants to support with delivery materials as required (e.g., preparation of presentation materials.
Liaise with clients as required to administer leadership assessment, team surveys, 360 and other tools required during an engagement.
Manage leadership assessment and coaching activities in support of integrated offerings; track and communicate with participants as required.
Manage billing, invoicing and reporting by maintaining log of projects supported and coordinating invoicing and progress payments with Toronto Accounting and Practice Coordinator in charge of client invoicing and liaising with external assessment providers as required to address any contracting or payment requirements.
Provide overfill support related to Executive Coaching and Leadership Assessment Project Coordination tasks, as required.
Practice Management Activities (additional tasks assigned as required):
Technology and Product Development Support:
Super user for PPI/Hogan portal
Management of LeaderFit 360 and online surveys using Qualtrics
Organize and maintain LP files and records
Act as practice representative for technology contracts and system requirements (with clients and internally)
Business Development:
Contribute to the development of RFPs/proposals to clients related to complex projects (that would then become their project to manage through delivery)
Maintain Leadership Practice mailing and client lists
Contribute to client research and thought leadership articles
Support special LAP Projects as required (e.g., Global or National initiatives)
Provide overfill support related to Administrative and Project Coordination Practice tasks, as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

High level of integrity with a balance of strong initiative/sense of urgency with a keen attention to detail
Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects using effective time management and prioritization skills
Superior stakeholder management and client relationship building skills ensuring that competing priorities are identify, discussed and resolved
Exceptional English language communication skills both written and verbal (French would be an asset) ensuring a strong and confident client presence

Education and Experience:

College/University graduate with PMP designation considered an asset
Minimum 3-5 years related project coordination experience within a client service environment (e.g., effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production)
Project Management experience within the Leadership Advisory industry is preferred and will be considered an asset
Demonstrated success in each of the following areas: development of project plans; balance overall client requirements; development of relationships; and review financial and billing information in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects, especially projects of a complex nature involving integrated solutions and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with survey platform and interest in technology
Microsoft Office advanced level
