Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course General Labourer and Equipment Operator, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our lush golf course. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, operate a variety of landscaping and maintenance equipment, and contribute to creating an exceptional experience for our golfers. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will help ensure the course remains pristine, inviting, and well-maintained throughout the seasons.

Duties

Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems to keep the course in top condition
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and turf care
Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like edging, aerating, and repairing course features
Help with general gardening activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance course aesthetics
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist with course setup for tournaments or special events

Qualifications

Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently
perform outdoor labour in various weather conditions
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Prior experience in gardening or groundskeeping is advantageous but not required
