Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, creating a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role offers an opportunity to showcase a wide range of skills, including skincare treatments, body waxing, while fostering a welcoming environment that emphasizes guest satisfaction. A strong focus on customer service, sanitation, and effective communication is essential to succeed in this position.

Duties

Perform a variety of esthetic services such as facials, body waxing.
Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Assist guests at the front desk with scheduling appointments, product demos, and retail sales.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
Engage guests with excellent guest services by addressing their needs and ensuring a relaxing experience.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth through effective sales techniques.
Conduct retail product demos to educate clients on skincare products and encourage purchases.
Manage front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures and appointment confirmations.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Excellent communication skills for clear consultation and effective team collaboration.
Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to promote services and products effectively.
Proficiency in performing body waxing.
Ability to handle front desk operations efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
