Full job description

At Lashes & Lipstick Beauty Bar, we're looking for a talented, positive, and client-focused beauty professional to join our growing team.

We're a modern MedSpa offering lashes, brows, waxing, skincare, and medical aesthetics. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely enjoys connecting with clients, and wants to grow their career with a supportive team.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Is warm, bubbly, and welcoming;
Loves building relationships with clients & making them feel amazing;
Has excellent verbal communication and customer service skills;
Is reliable, dependable, professional, and thrives in a team environment;
Takes pride in their work & has a strong attention to detail;
Is eager to continue learning and expanding your skills;
Is comfortable multitasking, helping where needed, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment;
Wants a long term career;
Is available to work Saturdays

Required Skills:

Lash Extensions (hybrid & volume)
Lash Lifts & Korean Lash Lifts
Brow Lamination

Bonus Skills:

Experience with the following is a huge asset

Full Body Waxing, including Brazilians
Threading
Eyebrow Shaping

In addition to performing services, you'll occasionally assist with front desk responsibilities, including:

Greeting clients
Booking appointments
Answering phones and messages
Checking clients in and out
Recommending retail products
Helping maintain a clean, organized, welcoming space
