On-Site Real Estate Media Assistant

Properties Up Next is a fast-growing real estate media company providing professional photography, drone photography, floor plans, video, virtual staging, and marketing services to real estate agents across the Greater Toronto Area.
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member who enjoys being on the road, learning new skills, and being part of a growing business.
About the Role
This is a hybrid on-site position where you’ll spend part of your time traveling to properties and part of your time assisting with office-related tasks.
Every day is different. You’ll work directly alongside the owner while helping keep our operations running smoothly.
ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Responsibilities
- Travel to residential properties throughout the GTA.
- Dial real estate agents while traveling between appointments (the owner handles all conversations).
- Assist with photography equipment setup and organization.
- Help prepare properties for photography when needed.
- Learn real estate photography and media production.
- Assist with general on-site operations.
Office Responsibilities
- Upload photos and videos.
- Organize media files.
- Prepare client deliveries.
- Update internal systems.
- Complete general administrative tasks.
- Help keep projects organized and on schedule.

- Willingness to learn photography and media production.
- Valid driver’s licence is considered an asset.
