Open Position – Property Manager – Bilingual (English/French)

Richmond Advisory Services Inc.

A Property Manager is required to manage a diverse portfolio of occupied and vacant properties across Canada.

Scope of Work (including but not limited to):

Corporate relocation services, mortgage recovery, trustee services, and commercial property portfolios such as multi-tenant residential buildings
Meet the requirements of existing service contracts and client satisfaction objectives
Coordinate property management services across assigned files
Liaise with clients, property owners, tenants, field inspectors, and vendors
Maintain up-to-date property management information for each property
Maintain internal and external property management systems with accurate and current information
Review property reports and findings and provide recommendations to clients
Ensure tenant satisfaction with premises
Communicate with tenants regarding daily issues and resolve tenant concerns
Coordinate property inspections
Implement leasing processes
Coordinate utility Services
Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Understanding of property acquisition and disposition
Ability to address tenant concerns and requests
Experience dealing with tenants in multi-unit buildings
Strong customer service experience
Experience reviewing quotes and issuing work orders
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows programs
Advanced experience with Excel
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
Fluency in both French and English is required
Experience with Yardi is considered an asset.
RBQ license is considered an asset

Position Details:

Permanent position
Annual salary: $65,000 to $80,000
Three (3) weeks vacation plus benefits

Un gestionnaire immobilier est requis pour la gestion d'un portefeuille diversifié de propriétés occupées et vacantes à travers le Canada.

L'étendue des travaux (mais sans s'y limiter) serait la suivante :

· Service de relogement corporatif, recouvrement hypothécaire, syndic; et les propriétés de type commercial telles que les immeubles résidentiels à plusieurs locataires

· Répondre aux exigences des contrats de services en place et aux objectifs de satisfaction client ;

· Coordonner les services de gestion immobilière sur le nombre de dossiers alloués;

· Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les propriétaires, les locataires, les inspecteurs sur le terrain et les fournisseurs ;

· Maintenir à jour les informations de gestion immobilière pour chaque propriété;

· Maintenir des systèmes de gestion immobilière internes et externes avec des informations à jour et exactes ;

· Examiner les rapports de propriété et les conclusions et fournir des recommandations au client ;

· S'assurer de la satisfaction des locataires vis-à-vis des locaux ;

· Communiquer avec les locataires sur les problèmes quotidiens; rectifier les problèmes des locataires ;

· Coordonner les inspections de propriété;

· Mettre en place un processus de location ;

· Coordonner les services publics ;

· Des tâches supplémentaires peuvent être attribuées de temps à autre Cette personne devrait idéalement avoir les compétences suivantes :

· Compréhension de l'acquisition et de la cession de biens immobiliers

· Répondre aux préoccupations et aux demandes des locataires

· Traiter avec les locataires qui résident dans des immeubles à plusieurs unités

· Solide expérience en service client

· Expérience dans l'examen des devis et attribution de bons de travail

· Capacité à travailler de manière autonome mais aussi bien au sein d'une équipe

· Expérience approfondie des applications Microsoft Office et des programmes Windows

· Expérience approfondie avec Excel

· Capacité à fonctionner dans un sentiment d'urgence et à respecter les délais

· La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais serait une exigence

· Une expérience avec Yardi est considérée un atout

· Une licence RBQ serait préférable

Poste : Permanent

- Salaire annuel : $65,000 à 80,000
