Skills Required
- Familiar with AutoCad and/or Softplan software is an asset
- Ability to accurately draft floor plans on a tablet within set time constraints
- Self-motivated and ability to self-manage, schedule, and work independently
Responsibilities
- Drafting measurements on-site on company provided software and equipment
- Producing error free floor plans and updating as required by set due dates
- Ability to work at home to complete measuring assignments
- Ability to travel in the Greater Toronto Area
Additional Requirements
- Car and G license
- Valid insurance
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Training provided to ensure Measured Up standards
Summary
As a Floor Plan Measuring Technician, you will be essential in creating accurate and detailed floor plans that support various construction and renovation projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize core skills in Softplan to produce precise measurements and layouts.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
