Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while preparing and serving food and beverages with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your lively attitude and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our patrons, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements or bar service preferences
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) ensuring timely and correct delivery
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining balanced registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold food safety regulations and quality standards

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, with a strong background in food service or bartending
Proficiency with POS systems and payment processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totaling
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Previous experience required Minimum 5 Years.
