Full job description

The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic, personable, and outgoing individual who can multitask and manage the various daily administrative duties and responsibilities listed below. Exceptional English language skills are essential. Strong attention to detail is also essential for this position.

As a Physiotherapy Assistant and Administrator, you are passionate about your work and perform with a high level of energy reliability and pride. Customers and coworkers alike look forward to their interactions with you. Your work is thorough, organized and detail-oriented. You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new software applications quickly. You have a solid command of the English language and excellent communication skills. Your work experience demonstrates success in providing customer service and strong professional support.

General Purpose of Position:

· To provide high-quality reception and administration services to the patients and staff at the clinic

· To maintain confidentiality of all information

· To provide flexibility in clinic staffing arrangements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner

· Schedule appointments

· Invoice and process payments

· Fax, scan, and file documents

· Any other administrative duties as directed by Manager

Qualifications, Education, Experience

· Excellent interpersonal skills, including compassion and courtesy

· Able to communicate effectively with a variety of people in excellent English

· Able to work independently or as part of a team; attention to detail is essential

· Experience with scheduling system (universal)

The candidate must have solid experience in dealing with patients, insurance companies, etc.

Preference is with candidate who have experience with "Universal Scheduling " software.

Experience:

receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

2 year of PTA/OTA program (Preferred)

Language

English and Tamil

Hours

This is a full-time position; approximately 35 hours per week. Please note candidate must be available afternoons and evenings.
