Job Description

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Professional Tapers who have hands-on experience with plaster application, drywall finishing, taping, mudding, sanding, and surface preparation. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and can work efficiently in residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Apply tape, compound, plaster, and finishing materials to drywall surfaces
Prepare walls and ceilings for painting or finishing
Sand and smooth surfaces to achieve professional-quality results
Mix and apply plaster materials properly
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Follow project timelines and quality standards
Collaborate with crew members and site supervisors

Requirements

Proven experience as a taper, drywall finisher, or plaster applicator
Experience with plaster application and finishing techniques
Ability to use taping and plastering tools professionally
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be punctual and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential and commercial construction projects
Knowledge of different plaster and finishing materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
