L'agent doit avoir les critères suivants :

Permis de conduire valide

RCR-CNSST valide

Français parlé/écrit

Anglais fonctionnel

Motivé
-
Forme physique suffisante pour des rondes à pied (1-1.5 heures) et monter/descendre des escaliers

Bonne capacité d’apprentissage – beaucoup de procédures à connaître par cœur

Travail d’équipe
-
Connaissances de base d’utilisation de la suite Windows/Office
-
Service à la clientèle
Les tâches à effectuer :
-
Contrôle d’accès (visiteurs, employés, remorques et camions)
-
Interventions en cas d’urgences diverses (médicale, alerte et alarme incendie, déversement majeur, etc)

Réponse aux appels d’urgence

Rédaction (approbation) de rapport d’incident et journalier

Visionnement de caméras
-
Ronde de prévention à pied
-
Patrouille en véhicule
