Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, process parts orders, and support the procurement and supply chain functions within our dealership or manufacturing environment. This role requires strong data entry skills, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of parts. The Parts Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining efficient parts management, supporting production, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and software
Process incoming parts shipments, verify quantities, and update inventory databases
Assist with sourcing and procurement of parts through negotiation and supplier communication
Support demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels for manufacturing or service needs
Collaborate with purchasing teams to place orders and track delivery schedules
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting internal departments or external clients with parts inquiries
Operate forklifts when necessary to move heavy or bulk parts safely within the warehouse or storage areas
Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring easy access to parts for production or service teams

Qualifications

Previous dealership experience or background in manufacturing is highly preferred
Ability to communicate in French and English
Strong data entry skills with proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques
Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments or with suppliers
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Commis aux pièces

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) commis aux pièces rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) afin de se joindre à notre équipe. La personne retenue sera responsable de la gestion des stocks, du traitement des commandes de pièces et du soutien aux activités d’approvisionnement ainsi qu’à la chaîne d’approvisionnement au sein de notre concession ou de notre environnement manufacturier. Ce poste requiert de solides compétences en saisie de données, des connaissances en mécanique et d’excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle, de manière à assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et la disponibilité des pièces en temps opportun. Le/la commis aux pièces joue un rôle déterminant dans le maintien d’une gestion efficace des pièces, le soutien à la production et l’amélioration de la satisfaction de la clientèle.

Tâches

Gérer et maintenir des dossiers d’inventaire exacts au moyen de systèmes et de logiciels ERP.
Traiter les livraisons de pièces entrantes, vérifier les quantités et mettre à jour les bases de données d’inventaire.
Contribuer au repérage et à l’approvisionnement des pièces, notamment par la négociation et la communication avec les fournisseurs.
Soutenir la planification de la demande afin d’assurer des niveaux de stock optimaux répondant aux besoins de fabrication ou de service.
Collaborer avec les équipes des achats pour effectuer les commandes et assurer le suivi des échéanciers de livraison.
Offrir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau en répondant aux demandes relatives aux pièces, qu’elles proviennent des services internes ou de la clientèle externe.
Conduire, au besoin, des chariots élévateurs afin de déplacer de façon sécuritaire des pièces lourdes ou volumineuses dans l’entrepôt ou les aires de stockage.
Maintenir des zones de stockage ordonnées, de manière à garantir un accès rapide et efficace aux pièces pour les équipes de production ou de service.

Qualifications

Expérience préalable en concession ou en milieu manufacturier, fortement souhaitée.
Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais.
Solides compétences en saisie de données, incluant la maîtrise des systèmes ERP et des logiciels de gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
Connaissance des processus d’approvisionnement, des stratégies de sourcing et des techniques de négociation.
Capacité à conduire des chariots élévateurs de manière sécuritaire et efficace.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et grand souci du détail en matière de gestion des stocks.
Très bonnes aptitudes en service à la clientèle, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement entre les services ou avec les fournisseurs.
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et à rythme soutenu.
