Duties:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as toileting and hygiene.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor.

Experience:

- Appropriate certification as a HCA is required or equivalent.
- Will consider first year LPN students and second Year RN students.
- Familiarity with dementia care is a plus.

- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent caregiving skills and a compassionate nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
