True Blue Swim School is hiring Kids Swim Instructors! If you love working with children and want a fun, rewarding job, this is your chance to make a real impact. Our world-class True Swim Teaching™ training program will turn your passion for kids into top-tier teaching skills — and we pay you while you train.

What You’ll Do

Teach children water survival and swimming skills
Build confidence and encourage kids in a fun, safe environment
Assist with pool setup, pack-up, and equipment handling
Work as part of a supportive, energetic team

Who We’re Looking For

15 years of age or older
Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun
Trustworthy, reliable, and accountable
Passionate about working with children (experience is a bonus but not required)
Self-driven with a growth mindset
Inclusive team player
Able to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Check
Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs (assisting children and handling pool equipment)

Availability

Flexible scheduling: morning, afternoon, and evening shifts depending on location
Weekend availability required
Minimum of 3 shifts per week
