Bilingual Credit Specialist - Mississauga, On

Role: Replacement

Salary: $60,000

Job Information: The purpose of this role is the collection and reconciliation of defined number of accounts receivable customers.

What you’ll do…

Collection calls/e-mails on overdue balances.
Investigation of unapplied payments.
Investigation and resolution of all billing/contract/accounting disputes.
Liaison between sales/billing/customer to ensure that all credit issues are identified and resolved in timely fashion.
Making notes on Accounts
Preparing all adjustments and write-offs.
Knowing when an account should be processed for final demands and legal action.
Ability and willingness to work outside of the constraints of this job description as necessary

Who You Are…

2 – 3 years of collection experience.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Knowledge of Great Plains software is required.
Administrative and/or customer service experience.
Basic accounting knowledge.
MS Excel, Word and Outlook experience.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written in English.
A customer service focus.
Team oriented
