About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale our inbound sales organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments with imperfect systems — and knows how to bring structure, discipline, and execution excellence without killing momentum.
You’ll lead appointment setters and closers, build scalable sales systems, coach reps to consistent performance, and work directly with the founders and our Managing Director to turn vision into execution.
This is not a “maintain the machine” role.
It’s a build, coach, and drive results role.
This Role Is Perfect If You Love…

- Building systems where there are gaps (and improving them fast)
- Using data, not gut feel, to improve outcomes
- Running tight meetings, clean pipelines, and clear follow-ups
- Jumping into deals or escalations when it matters
- Creating a culture that balances accountability, performance, and fun
- Partnering closely with founders to shape growth strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to consistently hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Coach reps through daily call reviews, 1:1s, and ongoing skill development
- Run daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and performance meetings
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp new sales reps
- Build and refine sales processes, scripts, and workflows
- Own CRM performance and data hygiene (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
- Track metrics and provide clear reporting and insights to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and production
- Drive execution excellence as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years leading sales teams (remote or hybrid)
- Strong background in consultative or high-ticket sales
- Proven ability to coach and develop strong closers
- Experience building accountability through KPIs and scorecards
- Comfortable operating in fast-growth, evolving environments
- Technically capable with CRMs and modern sales tools
- Clear communicator with strong leadership presence
Bonus experience
- DTC or inbound-heavy sales environments
- Physical products, home, construction, sheds, or renovation sales
- Selling to homeowners
