Milton Local Advertising is a local advertising service that helps Milton businesses promote themselves through targeted door hanger campaigns in specific neighbourhoods.
We help businesses reach local homeowners by assisting with print shop pickup, delivery area planning, door hanger distribution, and proof of completion.
We are currently looking for a motivated appointment setter / sales representative to help us connect with local businesses in Milton and surrounding areas.
Role overview
Your main responsibility will be to contact local businesses by phone, email, or Instagram and find businesses that may be interested in running a targeted door hanger advertising campaign.
You will be provided with basic information about the service, target business types, and an outreach script. Your goal is to generate qualified leads and book appointments with interested business owners or decision-makers.

- Contact local Milton businesses by phone, email, or social media
- Explain Milton Local Advertising’s door hanger campaign service
- Identify businesses that may benefit from local neighbourhood advertising
- Book qualified appointments or follow-up calls
- Keep track of contacted businesses, responses, and follow-up dates
- Collect accurate contact information from interested businesses
- Represent Milton Local Advertising professionally

Pay structure
This is a commission-based role.
Pay structure:
- $25 for every qualified booked appointment
- +$10 bonus if the appointment actually happens
- +5% of the first paid campaign if the business becomes a client
Commission on paid campaigns is only paid after the client has paid Milton Local Advertising.
A qualified appointment means the business is local, fits the target market, and the owner, manager, or decision-maker has agreed to speak with Milton Local Advertising about a possible campaign.
No commission is paid for duplicate leads, incorrect contact information, unresponsive businesses, or businesses that have not shown real interest.
Example earnings
If you book a qualified appointment and the business purchases a campaign, you would earn:
- $25 for the booked appointment
- $10 if the appointment happens
- 5% of the first paid campaign
Example: If a business purchases a $995 campaign, your total commission would be:
- $25 appointment commission
- $10 show-up bonus
- $49.75 campaign commission
- Total: $84.75
