Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Start Date: Immediate

About Us:
We are a corporate catering company specializing in high-quality food service for corporate offices, including cafeteria service, daily catering, and formal events. We are building a team of dedicated professionals who value their work and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and efficient Cook to support our culinary team with daily production. This role includes ingredient preparation, recipe execution, portioning for service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vegetables, proteins, sauces, and dressings based on daily production lists
Follow standardized recipes and portioning guidelines
Assist with batch preparation for catering orders and cafeteria service
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Label, date, and store prepped items correctly
Support cooks and chefs as needed throughout the day

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Valid Food Handler Certification
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual, organized, and committed to producing quality work
