Andrews Farm Market & Winery is seeking an energetic, creative, and technology-focused team member to help launch and oversee our new AI Discovery Park — an innovative educational attraction where agriculture, robotics, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and outdoor technology come together.
The Andrews Innovation Discovery Park is a new interactive learning destination designed for families, students, schools, community groups, and visitors interested in emerging technologies and hands-on experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, marketing, public engagement, robotics, events, and creative problem-solving.

Position Overview
The AI Discovery Park Technology & Visitor Experience Coordinator will lead the setup, organization, promotion, and day-to-day operation of the AI Discovery Park at Andrews Farm Market & Winery. The successful candidate will help create exciting educational experiences for visitors while working with innovative technology products, robotics companies, schools, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities
AI Discovery Park Setup & Operations
- Organize and oversee the setup of educational exhibits, displays, signage, and interactive visitor areas
- Assist with park layout planning and exhibit organization
- Design and coordinate informational signage, educational materials, and visitor guides
- Ensure exhibits and technology displays are clean, organized, functional, and visitor-ready
Marketing, Promotion & Social Media
- Develop marketing, promotional, and visitor attraction strategies
- Help grow attendance from the general public, schools, camps, and community groups
- Build relationships with businesses and technology companies interested in showcasing products at the AI Discovery Park
- Create and manage content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Manage AI Discovery Park social media accounts, inquiries, messaging, and correspondence
- Assist with photography, video content creation, and promotional campaigns
Visitor Experience & Educational Programming
- Develop engaging visitor activities, demonstrations, and educational experiences
- Lead exhibition days, product showcases, and live technology demonstrations
- Explain technologies and products to visitors in a fun, engaging, and educational way
- Work with families, children, students, schools, corporate groups, and community organizations
Robotics & Technology Demonstrations
- Learn to operate and maintain:
- Humanoid robots
- Robot dogs
- Autonomous lawn mowers
- Smart mobility products
- Other AI and robotics technologies
- Provide live demonstrations and technical explanations to visitors
- Assist with setup, troubleshooting, charging, maintenance, and safe operation of technology products
Partnerships & Business Development
- Liaise with corporate partners, technology companies, and manufacturers
- Coordinate exhibitor participation and featured technology showcases
- Support product promotion and sales opportunities
- Help develop sponsorships and partnership opportunities
Community Programs & Rentals
- Assist in developing a robotics and technology rental program
- Coordinate rentals and demonstrations for schools, businesses, camps, community organizations, and special events
- Help expand educational outreach and community engagement opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
Ideal candidates may have experience or interest in:
- Robotics, AI, electronics, or technology products
- Education, event coordination, visitor services, tourism, or community engagement
- Marketing, communications, or social media management
- Sales, partnerships, or business development

- Experience operating robotics or technology products
