Open seven days a week with extended hours, we strive to make wellness and relaxation accessible and affordable for everyone.

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Spa Sales Associate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face guiding clients through their spa experience, promoting our services and products, and ensuring every guest feels valued. Your enthusiasm and sales skills will help foster a welcoming environment while driving retail success and memberships growth.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service from the moment they walk in
Assist clients with product demos and explain service benefits clearly and enthusiastically
Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance client experiences and meet sales goals
Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure stock levels are replenished regularly
Uphold phone etiquette standards when scheduling appointments or answering inquiries
Support the team with stocking shelves, cleaning work areas, and ensuring the spa environment remains inviting, clean and hygenic

Experience

Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in a spa, salon, grocery store, or retail setting
Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team environments
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse clients but not a must
Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell effectively to maximize sales opportunities
Knowledge of spa services in our menu, and some idea about merchandising techniques and stock management practices
Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with a friendly demeanor that makes clients feel at home

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
