We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisors to join our upcoming client in Milton, Ontario.

Position Overview:

Position: Security Supervisor

Pay Rate: $ 20.00

Location: Milton, Ontario

Stift timings:

Monday to Friday 0700 to 1500

Monday to Friday 1500 to 2300

Monday to Friday 2300 to 0700

Weekend-1100 to 2300, 2300 to 1100

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and support a team of frontline Security Guards.
Respond to incidents and emergencies in line with client's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP)
Conduct investigations, complete incident reports, and follow up with key stakeholders.
Consult with law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, tenants, and mall management.
Maintain compliance with Securitas operating procedures and client mall protocols.
Monitor and manage CCTV, access control, alarm, and communications systems.
Ensure customer service excellence with a 5-star approach to all patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Ontario Security License.
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate. Red Cross certification is preferred.
Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
Minimum of 2 years of security supervisor experience is required.
Strong communication and written skills including incident report writing.
Leadership skills including being able to manage a diverse team.
Ability to follow procedure and be detail oriented.

A valid G driver’s license is required. Successful candidates must provide a recent driver’s abstract as a condition of employment.
