This posting is for a current vacancy. Our hiring team is actively recruiting for this role and will look to onboard following the selection of the successful candidate.

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Technician for our Mississauga, ON branch!

Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify annually fire alarm systems
Ensure compliance of alarm systems in accordance with ULC-S536
Conduct appropriate reports based on inspections and modifications to the fire alarm system
Propose recommendations based on current standards
Be available to answer service calls
Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

5 years experience in fire alarm system verification and programming
Strong customer service skills
Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
Possess a valid driver's license
Have a good sense of organization and follow health and safety rules
Have CFAA certification or be willing to obtain CFAA certification within 1 year of start-date
Factory training would be a considerable asset
