Full job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Agency. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, can work efficiently on multiple projects, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the signage or print industry is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Create visual designs for print and digital materials (e.g., signage, marketing materials, layouts, branding assets)
Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in sizing, color, and formatting
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deadlines
Make revisions based on feedback and client needs
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and/or Corel Draw
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
Quick learner with a positive, adaptable attitude
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience preparing files for large-format printing or signage
Familiarity with print production processes and materials
Knowledge of the signage or print industry
Knowledge of branding or marketing design
Proficiency with social media
