Full job description

Full-Time Office Receptionist – Music, Dance & Art School

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Office Receptionist to join our busy Music, Dance & Art School in Mississauga.

The ideal candidate is confident working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys communicating with parents and students, and is comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.

Position & Hours

Full-Time Position
Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM

Candidates must be available to work consistently during these hours.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of receptionist, office administration, or customer service experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and friendly phone and in-person manner
Comfortable with computers, email, scheduling, and registration systems
Able to work independently and take initiative
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Experience working with children, families, or in a school/studio environment is an asset

Responsibilities

Welcome students and families
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Assist families with class information, registration, and scheduling
Manage student attendance and general administrative tasks
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Communicate with teachers and management
Keep the front desk organized and ensure smooth daily office operations

We are looking for someone who is warm and welcoming with families, while also confident, responsible, and professional.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Position: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
Experience: 2+ years required

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
