Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you will be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our valued customers. In this energetic role, you’ll handle daily banking transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and promote our financial products with enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help foster strong relationships, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a positive banking experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties

Perform accurate cash handling and cashiering duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while maintaining strict security protocols
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
Assist customers with account services such as opening new accounts, updating information, and providing product information to support their financial goals
Promote and upsell bank products and services tailored to customer needs, enhancing their banking experience and increasing branch revenue
Manage cash flow efficiently through cash management procedures, balancing tills at shift start and end times
Conduct routine cash reconciliations and ensure compliance with all security policies during transactions
Support team efforts by participating in branch activities, maintaining a welcoming environment, and contributing to a collaborative workplace culture
Able to read and write Mandarin (Simplify)
Bachelor Degree

Experience

Prior experience in customer service or sales within the financial services industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong math skills with the ability to perform quick calculations accurately during transactions
Demonstrated ability to handle cash confidently while adhering to security standards
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with customers
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive attitude toward upselling products and identifying customer needs to enhance their banking experience
