Maritime Civil & Energy Limited is seeking a Field-based engineering role located in Juniper, NB. This role involves rotational camp assignments, offering a salary uplift to reflect remote work conditions and extended on-site commitments.

We are currently seeking a Field Engineer to join a large-scale windfarm construction project. This is a rotational, camp-based opportunity offering competitive wages, steady hours, and a strong commitment to safety.

Position Overview

As a Field Engineer with Maritime Civil & Energy Limited, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and productive operation of construction equipment on a large scale windfarm project. You will support earthworks, road building, and infrastructure construction activities while working closely with supervisors and site crews.

Work Schedule

14 days on / 7 days off rotation
12-hour shifts (day and night rotations may apply)
Camp-based position with accommodations and meals provided

Responsibilities

- Assist with planning and controlling the construction of assigned projects.

- Coordinate and align resources required to execute project activities.

- Support the management of subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics.

- Interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

- Prepare and track project budgets, cost reports, progress claims, and change orders.

- Quantify design changes and verify drawing and specification compliance.

- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, as‑builts, and closeout documentation.

- Ensure all work adheres to HSE requirements.

-Survey quantities with data collection.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma.

- Understanding of civil engineering concepts.

- Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and contract documents.

- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.

- Strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, rotational environment.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
