Sales Representative – Security Services

Company: Westridge Security / Mountain Eagle Security
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $19.00 per hour + Commission

Westridge Security and Mountain Eagle Security are growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our client base throughout British Columbia.

If you enjoy meeting new people, developing business relationships, and earning uncapped commission, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values initiative and rewards success.

Compensation

$19.00 per hour
Plus a competitive, uncapped commission structure tied to new business you bring in.
Top performers can earn $90,000 - $110,000 + total annually.
Full commission plan details will be shared during the interview process.
Ongoing opportunities for advancement as the company continues to expand.

Mobile Patrol Services
Alarm Response Services
Construction Site Security
Commercial & Industrial Security

Customized Security Solutions for Businesses and Property Managers

Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
Meet with prospective clients to discuss their security needs.
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.
Develop long-term relationships with commercial, industrial, residential, and government clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Comfortable networking and developing new business.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
