Admin & Sales Assistant (Immigration)

Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

Job Overview

Ask Era Immigration is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and motivated Admin & Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines administrative support, client service, sales, and immigration application assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with immigration industry experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Answer and manage multi-line phone calls using proper phone etiquette.
Provide excellent customer service and promote the firm's immigration services.
Assist with sales, client follow-ups, and promotional activities.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and submit temporary residence and permanent residence applications.
Perform accurate data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document management.
Proofread correspondence, applications, and other documents to ensure accuracy.
Maintain organized client records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Support day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth front desk operations.
Provide bilingual assistance to clients in English and Punjabi.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in the immigration field (required).
Immigration Assistant Diploma is considered an asset.
Experience preparing temporary residence and permanent residence applications is required.
Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently promote immigration services and convert leads into clients.
Strong content creation skills for social media and must be comfortable appearing on camera (not camera shy).
Proven customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
