Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) Role Open Now!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Imaging, Printing & Graphic Communications Industry in a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, Ontario.
Are you a bilingual customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and coordinating with multiple teams? We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to join a collaborative and supportive organization that values employee development, work-life balance, and long-term career growth. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for business clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery and issue resolution.
Total rewards:

$50000.00 - $55000.00 annually
Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home

A typical day:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates on delivery schedules
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions through to completion
Enter and maintain customer order information accurately within company systems
Track shipments and investigate delivery-related issues
Process returns, exchanges, and related documentation
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, production, and finance
Ensure exceptional customer service through proactive follow-up and issue resolution

Successful candidates will have:

Bilingual fluency in English and French, both written and verbal
1 to 3 years of customer service, client support, or administrative experience
Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications
Experience with SAP or ERP systems is considered an asset
