Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sponsorship Fundraising Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and management of sponsorship relationships, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that advance our mission. Your proactive approach will help secure vital funding, enhance our visibility, and foster long-term collaborations with sponsors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through strategic outreach, meticulous research, and innovative marketing efforts.

Duties

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors through regular communication and engagement.
Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and tailored partnership packages aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential sponsors, including analyzing databases and market trends.
Coordinate sponsorship activities, including event participation, branding opportunities, and recognition initiatives.
Manage sponsorship records using databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar CRM tools to track interactions and commitments.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight sponsor contributions and benefits.
Provide exceptional customer service to sponsors by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, or related roles with a focus on relationship management.
Strong research skills to identify new sponsorship opportunities and analyze market data.
Familiarity with databases such as Raiser's Edge or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Ability to develop marketing strategies that effectively promote sponsorship partnerships.
Experience working with marketing teams to coordinate outreach campaigns and promotional activities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
