Precision Garage Door Service Toronto is looking for an experienced Garage Door Sales & Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and wants to represent a trusted, industry-leading brand.

We’re not just fixing garage doors-we’re building careers. Our proven service delivery model focuses on doing the job right, delivering premium customer experience, and building long-term trust with homeowners across the GTA.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers
Provide customers with clear, honest recommendations and pricing options
Perform high-quality installations and service work
Convert service calls into sales through education and professionalism (not pressure)
Professionally estimate garage door replacements, managing customer expectations to successful close
Represent the brand with strong communication and attention to detail-leaving each home better than how we found it!
Work efficiently, safely and in compliance with all local health and safety legislation and company procedures.What We’re Looking For
3-5+ years of garage door install, service and sales experience
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable presenting pricing, closing jobs and door estimate sales in-home
Proficiency with hand/power tools used in service and installation
Ability to lift heavy materials safely, sustain all weather elements
Experience with field service management technology
Clean driving record, continuous insurance proof and valid Ontario G license
Professional, customer-first mindset with strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalentWhat You’ll Get
