Junior Service Advisor

We are searching for a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a Junior Service Advisor. You will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle customer inquiries or complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.

Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.

Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.

Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.

Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; submits reports and receipts to accounting.

Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.

Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.

Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

Hyundai experience preferred

1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.

CDK experience.

Aptitude for numbers.

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
