Full Time General Labourer - Cedar Wood Products (Afternoons)

Job Overview

This is a hands-on, physical job. Perfect for someone who’s not afraid to sweat a little and take pride in putting in an honest day’s work. On our assembly line, you’ll be part of a crew that gets things done and looks out for one another.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep, assemble and inspect products to meet high quality standards
Keep the line running smoothly by working efficiently and safely
Perform consistent, repetitive tasks with focus and pride, helping ensure every product is done right
Use hand tools and equipment with skill and attention
Lift and carry heavy objects as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Learn and apply woodworking techniques
Support your team and share in the success of hitting production goals
Work safely at all times - looking out for yourself and your teammate

What we are looking for

You take pride in a job well done

You’re comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work in a fast-paced, physical environment
You believe in teamwork, accountability, and looking out for one another
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not required

Safety & Physical Requirements

Must be able to work the morning OR afternoon shift
Strong attention to detail & quality checking components
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Safety is a top priority, for you and your teammates
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular daily tasks
Willingness to follow safety procedures and speak up if something doesn’t feel safe

Shift Hours

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Weekends as needed

Each shift has a 15 min break and a 30 min lunch break.

Overtime

Overtime available as company needs - opt in on a pick up basis.
