Hiring Cabinet maker/woodworker in Mississauga

8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri

Cabinet maker with millwork experience requied

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Woodworker/Cabinet Maker with a valid forklift license to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality wood products, including custom cabinets, furniture, and other woodworking projects. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional craftsmanship while maintaining safety standards and efficient workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about woodworking, carpentry, and construction to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication of wood products.
Operate forklifts safely to move materials, supplies, and finished products around the workshop or job site.
Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components using hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking equipment.
Install cabinets and furniture on-site, ensuring alignment and secure fastening according to project specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry making, or carpentry within a construction or manufacturing setting.
Valid forklift license required
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to construction projects.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation including forklifts.
Ability to interpret technical schematics related to electrical systems or plumbing is a plus.
Prior experience in restoration projects or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
