Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and aesthetic services that enhance our guests’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, pampered, and inspired to achieve their aesthetic goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skill with outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to promote ongoing wellness and beauty.
Conduct product demos and upsell skincare products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for clients and staff.
Provide excellent guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish.
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales efficiently.
Support the team by participating in promotional events, retail displays, and educational workshops to boost brand awareness.

Experience

Proven experience as a licensed Medical Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist with a strong background in facial treatments, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a hospitality or retail environment.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures essential for maintaining a clean treatment area.
Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
Ability to work well within a team while managing multiple client appointments efficiently.
